Tuition & Costume
1. REGISTRATION: Registration: Registration fee is as follows. $30 for the first child. $15 for the second child. $10 for each additional child. Non-refundable. Must be paid upon registration.
2. TUITION: The yearly tuition can be paid monthly (which is divided into nine equal payments, September through May) due at the first lesson of the month or tri-monthly (which is divided into three equal payments due on the first lesson of September, January and April). If payment is made after the 10th of the month, a $20.00 late fee will be applied. At this time your credit card will be charged your monthly tuition and the late fee. ALL registered students are required to have a credit card on file. If, for some reason, your credit card expires or is no longer valid, it is the responsibility of the parent to update this information. There are no refunds or transfers of monies paid. If a student is absent, the monthly tuition is not adjusted. If the student withdraws without notification or part way through a current payment period (see policy #3), the monthly tuition is still owed and is
not adjusted.

★TUITION IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 9th OF THE MONTH. $20 LATE FEE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR DANCER’S ACCOUNT IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER THE 9th.
3. WITHDRAWAL: Withdrawal from the studio must be done in writing. Please see the studio director for a withdrawal form. Otherwise, you are responsible for the current payment period. No refunds or transfers.
4. COSTUME: Prices are as follows: due October 21, Ladybugs, Fireflies and Dragonflies are $95 (one costume), Monarchs are $180 (two costumes). All recreational Gem teams are $95 for 1st and $75 for each additional class. Competitive dancers please refer to your competition guidelines for pricing.
» Costumes will NOT be ordered for a student unless their costume fee is paid in full. These prices include tights, a recital T- shirt and a Flashdrive of the spring performance.
» In some cases, the dancer and parent may have to buy an additional accessory (ex. Ankle socks, headband, hat elastic, etc) you will be notified of this extra purchase, if necessary, once the costume orders have been received.
» Costumes will be given out during the May observation week, and only when costume and tuition accounts (all 9 payments) are paid in full.
» No refunds or transfers. If a student withdraws before recital performance and all accounts are up to date, they may pick up their dancers costume after recital performance is complete.
5. PAYMENT: All accounts must have automatic payment set up in the dancers portal. Costume payments can be made in the form of check or cash.
6. FAMILY DISCOUNT: A 10% discount will be granted to the second sibling (lower monthly fee) and 15% to the third (lowest) sibling. All siblings must reside in the same household. Family cap of $425 per month. Please note: Family members must reside at the same address and all payments must be made in the same transaction (1 check, credit card charge, etc).
